Juncao Brings Rwandan Youth Profits and Possibilities

Mr. Mushimiyimana Leonidas, a young man, who got inspired by the Juncao story and then figured out a way to go to China and receive training at the Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University. Upon completion of his studies, Leo came back home and set up a mushroom company called DEYI Co.,Ltd. in Kigali. He now produces mushroom substrate packs to make money. He trains young men and women who are interested in mushroom production, contributing to job creation in his community. And to add icing on the cake, he built a school using the proceeds from his mushroom business and also extended his business value chain from mushroom production to charcoal production.
