Technical points:

1. Continuous fermentation process is adopted. The fermentation rate of this process is up to 90% or more, while the fermentation process is continuous, to reduce bacterial infection and greatly reducing the amount of labor. Continuous fermentation change cycle is 20~30 days.

2. (No need to stop the machine), you can choose semi-continuous or intermittent fermentation process.

3. The main ferment adopts inclined bottom, side stirring, and internal cooling mode of external circulation . Overfeeding and lowering temperature will be fully controlled automatically.
